Our mission is to close the gap between what AI can do in a demonstration and what it can be trusted to do inside a real business — reliably, securely, and without surprises. That means evaluation before excitement, and engineering discipline applied to every product we ship.

From independent apps to enterprise AI software.

KPAppWorx was built on a simple habit: ship real software, support it, and learn from what breaks in production — then apply that discipline to harder problems.

2025

Origins

Before incorporating, our founder designed and shipped a series of independent applications on the Apple App Store — including Aiden AI, DeepFocus, and Gratitudes Jar — to learn what it takes to own software end-to-end: design, release, App Store review, and ongoing support.

2026

Incorporation

KPAppWorx Technologies Private Limited was incorporated in Bengaluru, India, to focus that experience on a harder category of problem: AI software that businesses depend on for revenue-critical decisions.

2026

Quarterdeck AI

Development began on Quarterdeck AI, our flagship product — a revenue intelligence layer for HubSpot teams. It's now in early access with a small group of design partners who are shaping the roadmap directly.

Why We Started KPAppWorx

Most AI never survives the gap between the demo and the deployment.

The prototype impresses everyone; the production system rarely arrives. That gap is never really about the model — it's about the engineering discipline around it: evaluation, guardrails, data handling, and the boring reliability that lets a business actually run on the software.

How we build

Evaluation before excitement. Read-only before write access, wherever a product touches a customer's system of record. Reliable infrastructure over fashionable infrastructure. Documentation treated as part of the product. Every system we ship is one we'd be willing to run ourselves.

Where we're going

Revenue intelligence is the first category we're going deep on, with Quarterdeck AI. The goal is a small number of AI products that businesses still trust and use years after launch — measured by durability in production, not by how a demo looks.

Kanthipriya founded KPAppWorx in 2026 after designing, shipping, and supporting a series of independent applications on the Apple App Store. That experience — owning software from idea through release, review, and maintenance — shaped KPAppWorx's focus on production-grade engineering. Quarterdeck AI, the company's flagship product, is built on the same principle: ship software a business can depend on, not just a demo.
