What it measures
One evidence-based view of what your HubSpot stack is producing.
Quarterdeck sits beside HubSpot as an independent audit, optimization and reporting layer. It does not replace HubSpot.
Workflow ROI
Which workflows are healthy, redundant or silent. Outcome yield appears only when you import enrollments and outcomes, because HubSpot has no per-workflow outcome API.
Campaign & sequence ROI
Pipeline linked to campaigns by HubSpot's own attribution, kept apart from what cannot be attributed. Influence, not proof of cause.
AI ROI intelligence
AI-assisted actions detected in your workflows, plus usage you import. Never official billing, and never an invented credit count.
Lead quality & routing
Duplicates, orphaned records, ownership gaps and source performance, from metadata only. No names, emails or phone numbers are stored.
Action Center
Every finding with problem, evidence, impact, confidence, action, affected objects, priority and effort. Read-only: nothing is changed in HubSpot.
Executive report
A Revenue Efficiency & Confidence Report with methodology and limitations, exportable as PDF. Built only from computed numbers.
Four labels, no invented numbers. Measured: computed from your HubSpot records. Imported: reported by HubSpot or provided by you in a CSV. Estimated: uses assumptions you set and can see. Unavailable: HubSpot does not expose it, or access was not granted. Campaign metrics need Marketing Hub Professional or higher; anything your tier does not expose is shown as Unavailable.
The product
The Monday Brief, and the digest that goes with it.
3 deals need attention
Ranked from 47 material changes detected across the pipeline.
Close date moved from Aug 14 to Sep 30, its third push in 45 days, with no recorded sales activity for 28 days.
Review whether the current stage and close date are still supported.
Stage moved backwards after the amount decreased by $40K this week.
Review what changed and whether the current-quarter value remains supported.
Close date passed five days ago and the deal remains open.
Review whether the close date and stage still reflect the deal.
Illustrative Monday Brief. Example names and values are fictional — not customers.
What changed
7 close dates moved. $180K left the current quarter and two material deal amounts decreased.
Needs attention
Northwind expansion · $180K
Third close-date push in 45 days. No recorded sales activity for 28 days.
Northstar platform · $165K
Stage moved backwards and amount decreased by $40K.
Worth knowing, not worrying about
12 early-stage deals changed, but none materially affect current-quarter pipeline.
Illustrative. The dashboard and digest use the same ranked evidence.
The problem
The pipeline changed this week. Nobody has time to read all of it.
A CRM records every edit faithfully. It does not tell you which of those edits should change what you say in the forecast meeting.
Revenue leaders
You commit to a number on Friday using a pipeline you last examined deal by deal weeks ago. The risky ones are in there somewhere.
Sales managers
Close dates move, stages slip backwards, owners change. Each edit looks reasonable on its own; the pattern across weeks is what matters.
RevOps
Building the weekly review by hand means exports, pivot tables, and a report that is stale by the time the meeting starts.
Three views
One pipeline, three ways to see what changed.
The same deterministic analysis, wherever you meet it — in the app on Monday morning, in the change history when you need the receipts, or in your inbox before the call.
A ranked queue, not another dashboard
Five to ten deals ordered by materiality, timing and the strength of the evidence behind them. Each row answers why this deal, why now, and why ahead of the others.
- Ranked by amount, stage, close-date proximity and drift
- Low-impact noise suppressed rather than listed
- Every flag links to the HubSpot record behind it
59 deals had no material change this week and are not shown.
The receipts, in order
Quarterdeck keeps the deal snapshots needed to tell a one-off edit from a pattern. When a close date has moved three times, you see all three moves and the dates they happened.
- Close-date pushes, amount movement, stage regression
- Owner changes and late-stage staleness
- Repeated appearances on the attention list, week over week
On the attention list 4 weeks running.
In the inbox, before the call
The same ranked evidence arrives as email ahead of the forecast meeting: what changed, what needs attention, and what can safely wait until next week.
- Sent on your schedule, before the meeting
- Short in a quiet week — no padding to look busy
- Wording written from the evidence, never invented
Pipeline review · week of 10 August
Two deals moved against you. Harbour Point pushed close date a third time; Brightline lost its only contact. One improved: Calder cleared security review and is in signature routing. The remaining 59 deals show no material change.
Illustrative Companies, people and figures shown are fictional — not customers.
The CRM audit and weekly brief
Fewer deals. Better reasons.
Quarterdeck turns deterministic HubSpot changes into a short, ranked review queue. Every item answers why this deal, why now, and why before everything else.
Monday Brief
Start the week with the 5–10 deals that deserve review, ordered by materiality, timing, and the strength of the available evidence.
Deterministic Prioritization
Explainable ranking considers amount, stage, close-date proximity, repeated drift, staleness, and material changes. No opaque prediction model.
Change Intelligence
Detect close-date pushes, amount movement, stage regression, owner changes, stale late-stage deals, and past-due close dates from CRM history.
Repeated Drift Memory
See when a close date has moved repeatedly or a deal has returned to the attention list for several consecutive weeks.
Weekly Pipeline Digest
The same ranked evidence reaches your inbox before the forecast meeting: what changed, what needs attention, and what can safely wait.
Evidence-Backed Trust Context
Supporting context explains which slipped, stale, or past-due deals are making the current pipeline less defensible. It never pretends to predict the future.
How it works
Connect once. Know what your stack is producing.
Quarterdeck reads your pipeline where it already lives. No exports, no data warehouse, no writing to your CRM.
01 · Connect
Connect HubSpot, read-only
Authorize Quarterdeck through HubSpot OAuth. Required scopes are read-only. Optional scopes unlock more modules and are requested separately.
02 · Baseline
Sync and build history
Deals, workflows, campaigns, sequences and records sync incrementally, with rate limits and permission gaps handled and shown. Snapshots separate one-off edits from repeated drift.
03 · Track
Compute deterministically
Fixed, tested rules produce every number. A language model may only phrase the narrative and cannot change a figure.
04 · Digest
Act on the evidence
Work the Action Center, drill into the records behind each finding, and share the executive report.
Who It's For
Built for the people accountable for the number.
Quarterdeck is for B2B SaaS teams running opportunities in HubSpot and holding a recurring pipeline or forecast meeting.
RevOps Leaders
Reduce manual pipeline inspection and arrive with a ranked, evidence-backed list of what actually deserves review.
CROs & Sales Leaders
Understand what moved, which material deals changed, and where the current pipeline needs scrutiny before relying on the number.
Lean Revenue Teams
Get the benefit of a careful weekly HubSpot review without adding another analyst, dashboard ritual, or CRM administration workflow.
Product Focus
Built to reduce review work, not replace your revenue stack.
Quarterdeck sits alongside HubSpot and your existing sales tools. Its job is intentionally narrow: decide what deserves attention before the meeting and show the evidence.
Quarterdeck does
Prioritize evidence-backed exceptions
- Reads HubSpot changes and ranks only the material deals that deserve review.
- Shows the dates, values, stages, activity signals, and repeated changes behind every conclusion.
Quarterdeck does not
Become another system to operate
- It does not forecast with an opaque AI model, record calls, coach reps, or replace HubSpot.
- It never edits CRM records or manufactures activity, probabilities, revenue values, or recommendations.
Security & Data
Built to pass a security review, not just a demo.
Access
Read-only and revocable
- Connected through HubSpot OAuth — scoped permissions, revoke access in one click.
- Read-only by design: Quarterdeck observes and prioritizes, and never writes back to your CRM.
- Least-privilege: Quarterdeck requests only the CRM objects and properties needed for its analysis.
Data handling
Your data stays yours
- Customer data is never used to train models — yours or anyone else's.
- You can disconnect HubSpot and request deletion of synced CRM data.
- Every surfaced deal traces back to specific CRM evidence. When evidence is insufficient, Quarterdeck says so.

Questions
What teams ask before connecting a CRM.
Does Quarterdeck write anything to HubSpot?
No. Quarterdeck only sends read requests, and its code blocks anything else. One caveat: HubSpot has no read-only variant of its automation scope, which is optional and used only to read workflow definitions. Revoke it in HubSpot at any time.
Does AI decide which deals get flagged?
No. Ranking is deterministic: amount, stage, close-date proximity, repeated drift, staleness and material changes. Language models only help phrase the explanation — they never invent a fact or change a score.
Can it tell me what a workflow earned?
Not from HubSpot alone. HubSpot exposes no per-workflow outcome or revenue API, so Quarterdeck shows structure, influenced pipeline and associated opportunities, and outcome yield only when you import outcomes. It never states what a workflow generated.
Does it show my Breeze or AI credit spend?
No. HubSpot has no public API for credits or billing. You can import usage by CSV; it is labelled Imported and is not official billing.
Is this a forecasting tool?
No. Quarterdeck explains what changed and which deals deserve a look. It does not predict whether a deal will close, and it does not produce a number to replace your forecast.
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot. Nothing else is claimed as supported until it is built and tested against a real pipeline.
How long does setup take?
Connecting is one OAuth authorization. Quarterdeck then needs a short baseline period to build change history, because repeated drift can only be seen across several weeks of snapshots.
What happens in a quiet week?
You get a short brief. If little material changed, the list is small — a brief that pads itself to look busy is worse than no brief.
Can we disconnect it?
Yes. Revoke the connection in HubSpot at any time. Your CRM is unchanged because nothing was ever written to it.
